AMP® for Assessing Individuals
One of the diagnostic tools we use is called AMP®, which stands for "Attachment, Motivation, Performance." AMP® is a cloud-based system that helps you protect your investment in people and unleash their potential. In just 15 minutes, it measures each individual’s Attachment to the organization, and provides you with targeted strategies to prevent and even reverse detachment. AMP measures multiple variables related to workplace stress and other organizational factors that impact teams, departments, and individuals.
The more Attached they feel to the workplace, and the more attached they feel the organization is to them, the more Motivated they’ll become. The more motivated they are, the better they’ll Perform. (See sample AMP® report)

AMP® Pulse Checks

In addition to the full AMP® report, we also offer a new diagnostic tool called "AMP® Pulse Checks" that take just 5 minutes to complete.
Once per week, at the time of your choosing, users are prompted to answer several quick questions about their current week. These questions help measure several critical areas related to performance, such as: current individual and team morale; key individual needs in the coming week (that their leaders can support); and the biggest goals (and performance blockages) in the coming week.

Excellerator™ for Assessing Organizational Culture and Work Climate

Excellerator™ is a confidential, web-based tool for examining the relationship between leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness. It can be used in specific workgroups, divisions or the organization as a whole. Excellerator™ measures 30 different aspects of organizational culture, which are reported as easy-to-understand indices, providing quantifiable measurement of the organization's culture. Measuring the direction and rate of change is important. Excellerator™ is designed to be administered at intervals so you can benchmark your progress. These objective benchmarks guide our work with your organization, helping us to:
