The Anselm Group Difference: We believe that objective data – not guesswork – is the foundation to good decision making. That's why we use advanced diagnostic tools to measure individual attitudes about the workplace in systematic way. Then we combine that confidential data to uncover strengths and problems within an organization.
Next, we can tailor our "interventions" to fit the unique situation and challenges of each client group. The overall goal is improved effectiveness at the individual, team and departmental levels – real results with measurable benefits.

Building trust is absolutely vital to our work. That’s why our services are performed in complete confidentiality. No one is ever "put on the spot" in front of their co-workers, and only your leadership will see the results from our diagnostic tools. Over the last 20 years, we've worked in dozens of different industry settings and we know how to establish trust with even the most skeptical audiences.
To be clear, there is a world of difference between a typical employee survey and our diagnostic tools. We use advanced, cloud-based tools that uncover the root causes of organizational and individual issues – not just the superficial level covered by stock questions. These tools were developed by behavioral experts at Bartell & Bartell based on 40 years of research and testing. What’s more, our diagnostic tools are dynamic, adjusting to the users input to flesh out hidden concerns, attitudes and expectations. They can learn more in a few minutes than a typical interviewer learns in many hours. The objective data we gather is then used to guide our specific interventions on the individual, team, departmental or division level.
That depends on the work agreement and services contract we develop together, as well as the type of services to be provided. Sometimes only a few on-site visits are needed; at other times more may be required. There is no set number here because every client has a unique situation, culture and set of challenges.
